Colombia Popayán Reserve - Coffee

Popayán is located in the department of Cauca at 1700m above sea level. The regions geography is perfect to grow exceptional coffee. The so-called Meseta de Popayan is sheltered by the Andes which helps support an extremely stable climate, which together with the volcanic ash soil and annual rainfall of 1700-2000mm results in a balanced cup profile with floral and caramel tasting notes.
